CIGPL is a leading security services and fire & safety service provider. CIGPL was established on 13 Sep 1996. It has 7500 security, facility management, and fire & safety personnel on its rolls and has its presence in 13 states/UTs in India.

CIGPL has established the “National Fire Science and Security Academy” (NFSSA) at Khasra Nos. 228, 231 & 232, Vill. & PO- Kandola, Dhaulana, Hapur (U.P.) 245301 in 12000 sq. meters of land. NFSSA was established with the aim to train/skill rural unemployed youth and make them employed as security guards, firemen, and sub-fire officers.

NFSSA has a built-up area of 30,000 sq. ft. It has facilities like a hostel (dormitory) for 150 trainees, Cafeteria facility, an Office Block, Conference Room, Digital Studio, Library, Two Computer Labs, Security Training Lab, Fire & Safety training display Room & eight Class Rooms. For outdoor and practical training, we have Fire Pits, three story drill tower, smoke chamber, a confined space, and an obstacle course of 11 obstacles (generally found in the Army only).

For sports we have Basket Ball Court, Volley Ball Court, Badminton Court and Cricket Field and a big ground for training. We also have a running track of 430 meters. The best thing is it is miles away from habitation & in total green fields with zero pollution.

NFSSA was awarded Centre of Excellence (COE) this year by the Management and Entrepreneurship & Professional Skill Council (MEPSC)

Presently, there are about 100 vacancies for firemen in companies we are providing services to. All those who will undergo a fire & safety training course with NFSSA will get 100% jobs as firemen in the wage range of Rs. 16000/- to 20000/- per month.
